Our amazing Year 6 children have put on spectacular 'Showcase' performances this week to pupils, staff and lots of parents and carers. They presented their incredible work in their art and robotics project. They then brought a piece of the West End to the Alvey. Mrs Lee's class performed 'We Will Rock You', Mrs Irwin's class performed 'Newsies' and Mrs Swain's class performed 'Matilda'.

Every child has worked so hard over the past few weeks: acting, singing and dancing. I think it is safe to say, they wowed every audience they were put in front of. They worked together really well; showed great determination, and many now have aspirations to be on the West End stage. Well done Year 6: we are so proud of you all.
